Seeking young, highly committed bassist/guitarist to add to the lineup. Currently the band exists as a three piece, however our bassist is more than happy to move onto guitar if a more qualified bassist is around, also just as happy to remain on bass if you're a capable guitarist. This band is definitely not "shreddy", it helps if you're good, but by no means do you have to be a virtuoso to play this stuff. "His Master's Noise" is a blackened death metal project that was started at the beginning of 2020, since then I've always wished we had more people who were interested in playing extreme metal music around to jam with. So if you're interested in making some comparatively different metal as far as the Sacramento scene goes then don't be afraid to shoot a message. We also have some ideas in the works which include adding more thematic elements aside from the usual corpse-paint if you like to play dress up as much as we do. Currently our sound is characterized by 80s and 90s black/death metal motifs, I.E. Mayhem, Nifelheim, Necrophobic, etc. However we do intend to go a more avant-garde direction sometime in the future. Don't be afraid to ask questions! It's preferable to have someone in their teens or twenties join as we're all fairly young still. It also helps if you are 420 friendly, not ideologically possessed, not politically correct, and not flaky with practice. If you are the sort of individual to seek out a safe space then this is not the band for you. We have plenty of gig level equipment at our disposal however you are more than welcome to bring whatever gear makes you feel comfortable. Practice is anywhere from one to two times a week usually in the afternoon and evening.
