Residential Electrician Needed

Looking to have some electrical work done in my 1957 home. There are two breaker boxes; old one in the kitchen, and newer on (without a main breaker) in the utility closet on the other side of a shared wall. I'd like to consolidate the two boxes into one. Additionally, I'd like to add a main breaker. I also need to switch a 40v to a 30v for an electric dryer. I had an estimate done by AEY Electric but looking to get a second opinion or see if I can find someone who could beat the estimate. The breaker box is in a utility closet sharing space with a HWT and a furnace, so it's a tight squeeze. Please come take a look and/or give me an estimate! Looking to get the work done ASAP. PS: If you know a thing or two about HVAC, I also need my AC checked out, if not entirely replaced. Just throwing it out there!
