Helpmates is looking for an Equipment Sanitation Worker to ensure equipment/facilities are fully cleaned and sanitized for production. To be considered for this role, please email a resume or call. Equipment Sanitation Worker Pay Rate and Schedule: $15 per hour M- Th 1:45p- 10:15p, F 11:45a- 8:15p Equipment Sanitation Worker Responsibilities: Performs daily cleaning of manufacturing equipment/facilities including scrubbing, washing, drying, and sanitizing Tears down machine; washes equipment; washes parts Cleans and/or assists with cleaning of manufacturing cells/areas Ensures equipment is ready for set-up operations to take place Performs and/or assists with set-up operations (returning equipment to operational status) Completes and maintains any required documentation, logbooks, etc. as required Responds to manufacturing equipment sanitation requests in a timely manner Works with personnel from other departments as necessary to ensure safety and quality in production Complies with all Company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations Equipment Sanitation Worker Requirements: High School education (HS Diploma or GED preferred) Tolerance for working in wet and/or moist conditions for extended periods of time (approximately 6-8 hours) Ability to stand for extended periods of time (approximately 6-8 hours) Ability to repeatedly bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and stoop throughout an 8-10 hour shift Ability to frequently lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs.) Ability to climb ladders and work at heights Ability to be exposed to considerable noise from machinery Ability to be exposed to nutraceutical raw materials and powders Ability to wear PPE as required Testimonials that reflect the Helpmates Difference: “The service we are provided by Helpmates stands out above the rest.
