Be a part of Lincoln's history and help maintain 2 recently remodeled historic apartment buildings downtown near the state capital building. We are seeking a part time (10-20 hours) person with basic maintenance and janitorial skills to perform routine maintenance in 2 apartment buildings. Pay $15-$20 per hour based on experience. Flexible hours. Duties include general commons area housekeeping, routine maintenance within units, basic carpentry, vacant unit make readys, all while working in a unique environment as a contract employee.
