We are looking to host art exhibit pop ups one weekend per month on an ongoing basis and are in search of the right pop-up venue. Looking for spaces in the following areas: Central La (hollywood/mid city) Adams/Jefferson Area Noho/Studio City Culver City Highland Park Eagle Rock Atwater Village The space will need to have plenty of bare walls, preferably white, brick, or concrete. Will have to have at least 1 restroom on site. An outdoor space is ideal. A kitchen could also be used for certain events including a chef pop-up. Not directly in a residential area because noise may be louder than residents will prefer. Ideally we are thinking of the following hours: Friday 7pm to 11pm Saturday 7pm to 11pm or 12am Sunday 11am to 3pm and 5pm to 9pm Please reply back with details and answer these questions: What hourly rate do you charge? Deposit amount? Are there restrooms on site?  Parking? We'd be doing art exhibit pop-ups along with live music, either a Dj or jazz band, depending on the vibe/event/day. Looking to find a space we can set dates up with and create an ongoing relationship with for future events.
