We are a small business located in Salem OR that is looking for people that enjoy taking dirty homes and making them beautiful. We consider this deep cleaning and some units are not for the faint of heart. It is very fast paced and very detailed cleaning. We are looking for great team members to join our company to help us grow and make happy customers. Trustworthy, reliable and professional cleaners are the name of the game for us. Each employee must have a valid driver's license with a semi clean driving record for insurance purposes. We work Monday-Friday with 1-5 Saturdays a year. All cleaners start at 8:15 till usually 6pm But end time will vary. During our busy season end times WILL stretch beyond 6pm and we expect that your schedule will be flexible enough to allow for this. Pay Structure - $13.00 to start and train plus BONUS (see below for details) - $13.50 per hour after passing a 30 day performance review (great attendance) Bonus Pay $2 DOLLAR PER HOUR BONUS on 75% of hours worked a week IF THREE GOALS ARE MET: Goals are calculated weekly and paid on every paycheck -------------1.) On time every day to work: 8:15am -------------2.) No missed days in a week -------------3.)
