Are you between 55 and 75 years old, a resident of New York City, and are a current or past smoker? We will pay you just to answer some questions about your health in one short, 20-minute survey. ICF, a research and consulting firm, is conducting research on behalf of the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. You must answer a series of questions to determine if you are eligible to participate.
