I play guitar and keys hosting revolving door of musicians for jam sessions to eventually or hopefully find "good fit" for a band. You'll know in musical "chemistry" when you have found the right bandmates or "perfect fit". Everything clicks, firing on all 8 cylinders. Everyone is happy or even ecstatic and can't wait to play again.
