Hodge Western Corp. is a growing construction company based in Oregon specializing in large volume and high production utility trenching and backfill work throughout the Western US. We are seeking to fill positions within the company that will be a part of our continued success. Position- Laborer • Must be motivated and have the ability to do labor intensive work for extended periods of time • Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds consistently • Excavation experience a bonus, but we will train the right person • Good communication skills and punctuality is a must • Possess strong organizational skills and the motivation to operate in a clean professional manner Responsibilities- • Daily start-up procedures of equipment and jobsite • Daily maintenance of equipment including greasing, cleaning of filters, fueling and cleaning of cab • Conduct that represents the company in a safe and professional manner • Ability to work 8-12 hours a day, 5-6 days a week.
