I’m a general contractor with a multi phase project available in Northbrook starting this Monday 4/12/21. This position is ideal for an experienced contractor who takes pride in his work and is looking to take on extra projects for a couple of weeks. The project consists of hardwood floor and oak staircase refinishing (no stain just sanding and water based poly finish) interior staircase repairs/installations (balusters, newel post and possibly knee wall cap) baseboard installation, priming/painting, hanging interior doors and installing associated hardware, drywall patching/minor skim coating and light electrical. You MUST be able to complete all phases, have all the tools, equipment and experience necessary to be considered for this job. I DO NOT rent equipment for you. This project pays cash, Zelle or Chase quick pay by the week from Monday until Friday. Pay will be established by your level of experience, quality of your work and agreed upon prior to you starting. ATTENTION: This is for the experienced contractor with years of completed projects in your background. You should also have completion photos (start/during/finish) and references available.
