FOUND Electrician's tool bag and light

On Monday, April 5, I found an electrician's bag of tools/instruments and a flood light on Biltmore St. They were on the curb. Looked like an electrician forgot to put them in their car before driving off. I'm sure the bag is important to the electrician. I'd be grateful for any information related to electricians working in the Kalorama Triangle area between April 3 and 5 so I can try to contact them. Thanks!
