Overview: Maintain quality work results with focused and efficient workflow by providing cleaning services of hard and soft surfaces for commercial clients. Direct Responsibilities: • Timely clock in/clock out • Maintain safety standards while driving and conducting cleaning services • Maintain and develop proficiency in carpet, tile, VCT, upholstery, air duct, janitorial, and other cleaning services • Maintain cleanliness and organization of company property, equipment, vehicles. • Maintain and develop proficiency in communication with customers, team members. • Report equipment repair needs daily Requirements: • Work ethic • Coachability • Positive Attitude • Licensed to drive in Nevada • Ability to pass a background check Compensation • $13/ hour during training • Up to $15/ hour there-after, depending on experience • Healthcare benefits after 90 days
