Sheltie to foster or re-home

Sadly must re-home my sweet dog. He is dog aggressive with big dogs but ok with small dogs and cats. He is super sweet, does not chew anything, doesn’t jump up on people. He is house trained, doesn’t jump on furniture. The only reason I have to either re-home or have a foster family until I can get a house with a yard is that I’m a senior citizen and he has pulled/knocked me down a few times when another dog comes near. I’ve suffered a couple fractures and am afraid I could break a hip. Being a Sheltie, true to the breed he does bark. If you are able to help please contact me.
