ISO calm dog big or small

We’re looking for a calm, trained and friendly dog. Up to date vet papers are wanted but if not we’re able to get them updated. Girl or boy preferably 2 years or older. When I say trained we just mean house and leash trained at least. Must be good with kids as we have a 4 year old. We live in a house with a fenced in yard. Preferred breed would be a lab and those alike but not opposed to other breeds. The most I’m willing to pay for a rehoming fee would be $100 especially if they’re not vetted.
