Researchers at Harvard Medical School at Brigham and Women’s Hospital are study how to prevent heart disease. You may be eligible to participate in this research study if: 1. You are between the ages of 18-70 years 2. You are overweight 3. You are willing to take a study medication that treats blood pressure The study may last up to one year and involves ten study visits at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
