Data Collector/Photo Taker Needed! The Data Collector/Vehicle Photographer is directly responsible for all aspects of photographing new and pre-owned vehicles for each of our dealerships and ensuring that all vehicles have photos on our websites and third party sites. This includes retrieving the vehicle, cleaning it, staging it, taking the photos, and returning vehicle to the lot as well as uploading the photos to the website. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain a system of efficiently photographing new and used vehicles and uploading them into appropriate dealer accounts. Work with other data collectors and dealership personnel to ensure process is working and vehicles are photographed in a timely fashion and to locate missing inventory. May need to do light detailing/washing of vehicles being photographed (touch ups). Photograph vehicles for online inventory. Correctly mark vehicles that are photographed. Use Penske Photography Guide when photographing vehicles to ensure consistency. Develop process for photographing vehicles on days of disrupted weather. QUALIFICATIONS: ***This is an entry level position*** Eligible candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to multi-task, and be able to read and comprehend instructions and information Must be able to work independently Computer literate Ability to use a camera and understand the camera settings Valid in-state driver's license Professional appearance Excellent communication skills Good driving record and ability to drive a manual transmission strongly preferred.
