Music Bingo is trending everywhere! It's so much more fun than trivia, and much easier to host (and play)! If you don't know what Music Bingo is, here's a quick overview: • Music Bingo is a fun filled and fast paced take on traditional bingo. Players are given a bingo card where traditional bingo numbers have been replaced with song names, music titles or both. • The host plays a song for a short amount of time, and players must put an X on the card, with the goal of getting BINGO! • There will be prizes awarded each round/card, as with trivia, different for each venue. • The duration is approx. 2-2.5 hours. • There are 3 rounds, plus a cover all round, where the $$ is progressive (cumulative: if someone doesn't win, $$ goes into bank for following week – so the probability of the cover all round pot to grow large is high, as a cover all is not easy to obtain • You will be required to sign a contract and will be paid a flat fee per event you host. • You will need to provide us with a W9 tax form • You will need a small sound system / PA We will provide ALL of the necessary materials for this. We'll give you song lists, cards, markers, etc. This is mainly a Monday – Thursday gig w/an occasional w/end event. It's a great way to earn extra $$ on a weeknight, in a mere 2 hours! Here are the types of people we're looking for: - You feel comfortable speaking in public, on a microphone - You have a fun, upbeat personality - You're positive & professional - You have a reliable vehicle and you're willing to travel up to 30+ miles (we have venues from S ME - Boston) - You own a laptop, iPad or smart phone - You have your own PA system (some venues do have them). If you do not, get in touch and we'll explain how we can help. - You are available 1-2+ times per week. Start times vary but average 6-7pm,w/an expected arrival 30 min. prior to start time for set up, etc. - You're interested & available to be an independent contractor earning $125 for 2-2.5 hrs max per event you host This is an excellent opportunity to hone your social skills, have fun & earn money while doing it.
