When a sitting President says that “the amendments of the constitution aren’t ABSOLUTE” is when you SHOULD know that our country is in trouble. I am guessing Joe Biden forgot that he swore this oath: “... preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” PRESERVE: maintain (something) in its original or existing state. PROTECT: keep safe from harm or injury. DEFEND: protect from harm or danger. So Biden insists that “no amendment to the Constitution is absolute.” What about the 13th Amendment that permanently outlaws slavery?
