I have a special needs baby cockatiel bird for rehoming. He/she has crooked toes. Maybe a vitamin deficiency. I have him on vitamin minerals supplement. He may get better with age. I'm not sure. He can perch on fingers or a perch. I just keep the perch low in the cage in case he falls. Rehome fee is $100. He is the white face pied mutation. He was hand fed. I'm located in Pelham Ga.
