We are a small real estate development firm that renovates and improved our own properties. We are looking for someone who can frame wood walls, metal walls and do finish carpentry (Baseboard, casing, install pre-hung doors and install cabinets). Depending on your skills and tools you can make up to $800 a week take home. We are also hiring General laborers who will assist the job description above, learn skills but in general, you will be brute labor and head gopher. Depending on work ethic and attitude you will take home $400 per week. We have projects going right now and you can start right away. No travel, are work is Syracuse, Baldwinsville, Central Square and Phoenix NY.
