shih tzu puppy is 9 weeks has first shots, bought it but cant keep since I live in. I have lost my 2 budgies for a while now and can not find them and I hope I can find them Good morning. He is a brown/orange spotted cat with green eyes, and is desexed. He has a slim build and a loud distinctive meow. He is very friendly. He wears a gold collar with a gold star name tag.
