General Laborer/ Epoxy Flooring Technician We are currently hiring for immediate employment. We Specialize in: Concrete Polishing Concrete Dye & Acid Stain Quartz & Flake Flooring Urethane & Epoxy Coatings Concrete Curing and Sealing Job Requirements Must be able to show up on time for scheduled shifts and be reliable Valid drivers license High School diploma or equivalent Have your own smart phone Have reliable transportation Be dependable with the flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends Willing to put in extra OT work hours as needed Must be in good physical condition, be able bend repeatedly, and lift up to 70lbs. Willing to travel the midwest on a case by case basis Able to pay attention to fine details of quality work for our customers Willing to be part of a team with room for growth Pay depends on experience in construction/ flooring This position is very stable and while construction/ flooring experience is preferred, it is not required- we can train you. Initial pay is dependent upon experience, but not less than $16.00 per hour. but if you're a hard worker and offer experience in the field compensation can start at $18.00 - $20.00 per hour with additional premiums earned after 90 days of satisfactory work.
