Are you a jack of all trades, with experience in services/construction? We are looking for a Service Lead Technician who is capable of the following: - Thorough communication between service manager, other technicians & assistant technician - Ability to assess the scope of various different maintenance issues & report the needed materials & equipment needed to repair the work order. - A lead technician will work closely with a helper that you will train and develop. - Work as a part of a team with open communication. - Be willing to want to grow & train others to grow and learn as well. - Service technicians are called to all repairs, from drywall build backs, walk & caulks/roof & siding, to HVAC, plumbing & painting.
