Our painting and carpentry company is in need of a full-time Painter to join our staff. You will be responsible for painting family dwellings. Our work focuses on interiors and exteriors of units and we offer carpentry repairs and remodeling. Exterior painting work requires working safely at heights. We're looking for experienced Painters who understand the industry best practices and apply them to every aspect of their work. Your responsibilities will be: -Paint the interiors and exteriors of apartments, condos, townhomes and other houses as required -Protect all nearby furnishings and building materials before and during every painting job, including carpets, cabinetry, outlet covers, lighting fixtures and landscaping -Collaborate with other professional painters on larger jobs -Practice self-supervision on small jobs and ensure you complete each project in an efficient, timely manner -Match paint samples for touch-ups and other small projects Required qualifications: -High school diploma/GED preferred -2+ years' residential or commercial painting experience required -Reliable transportation and clean driving record -Ability to complete projects on-time and on-budget -Excellent communication and team-building skills If you are interested in the position and meet the points asked here, please contact us with references of past work of yours, Thank you.
