We are a property management company who owns a large portfolio of nice single family homes in good neighborhoods throughout the Triad. We are looking for professionals, we pay bonus for performance and have continuous work. Currently, we are looking for 3 people that can do general construction and maintenance work on our homes. We have 2-3 homes per week in the Winston Salem / Greensboro market where punch lists need to be completed between tenants. The job is available right now. The work in each home takes between 2 and 5 days. If you are interested, we can meet at one of the 4 homes that have open punch lists, you can get started today and complete one of the punch lists. You must have your own tools, transportation and be able to meet deadlines. If you have a truck, you can make extra money as many of the tenants leave trash in the house that needs to be hauled away. Below is a list of common items that need repair on our homes. * Installing smoke detectors * Replacing exterior trim * Interior Painting * Changing faucets * Installing smoke detectors * Vinyl floor installation * Changing Furnace filters * Installing missing screens * Changing locks * Installing light fixtures and fans * Changing broken outlets * Changing rotten boards and hand rails on decks
