Property preservation company is seeking estimates from skilled handyman/subcontractor for small rehab project in a basement apartment to repair 2 holes on either side of a ceiling caused by leaking pipe (the leak has been repaired) AND replacement of approximately 5ft by 3 ft of plywood flooring damaged by the same leak. Written estimate proposal is required for submission to client for consideration.
