Part time/Temporary Position for Site Lawn Maintenance Responsible for the keeping the grass cut for Military Community located on Fort Hood. Will be required to operate heavy zero turn mowers and additional gas-powered lawn equipment. May be required to perform a wide range of repair tasks in the community when needed. Tasks the Maintenance Technician may be called upon to do include: • Mowing of common areas totaling approximately 10 Acres. • Mowing and lawn maintenance of deployed Service Members. • Conduct Police Calls of the Community • Assist in other maintenance around the village will also be required such as tree trimming. Requirements: -Must have a clean driving record -Must not have criminal back ground that will prevent you from getting access to a military installation. -no previous experience required but recommended to have knowledge working safely with lawn equipment. Education: No requirement Hours: no more than 30 hours per week or 60 hours per pay period. Three days per week based on weather. Hours are from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
