We currently have a full-time Warehouse Assistant position available in Georgetown, MA. Come work with some fantastic people in a company that is growing and flourishing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide field staff with all specialty equipment & materials ready to load for next day needs Keeping the shop and yard organized and clean Ordering and monitoring of all bulk material in yard Receiving, unloading and documenting all deliveries made to our facility Management & inventory of all materials, machines and small equipment Obtaining small equipment rental quotes, securing and returning rentals as needed Deliveries to jobsites, etc. as necessary Maintenance of company property including snow and trash removal etc.. Ensuring safety policies and procedures are adhered to by all on company premises Management of our Pre Day-Preparation System Other misc. duties & tasks as assigned by the Production Managers Required: Previous warehouse experience Be willing and have the ability to work overtime as needed Valid Driver’s License with no restrictions Ability to operate a forklift, loader & skid steer a plus Must be capable of lifting over 80lbs, standing, walking, kneeling and bending for periods of time Be able to work in all types of weather and climate conditions Must be computer literate and be able to legibly and accurately maintain records Must be able to effectively and professionally communicate with all field staff and management Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task with minimal supervision Benefits: Competitive wages and merit advancements Sign-on Bonuses paid out after 30 and 90 days of employment!
