SJ Home Improvements and Construction is looking for motivated Construction Workers and Crew Leaders to provide construction support to our skilled workforce in kitchen and bathroom renovations. Our projects are done in high-end homes located throughout Niagara and Erie counties. • Daily tasks include but are not limited to demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, painting, tiling etc. • Must be proficient in using electrical and manual tools. • Must have the ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed oral instructions. • Flexibility – must be able to manage job location changes on a daily basis. • Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle is mandatory. SJ provides quality workmanship and will show you how to bring your skills up to our standards. Normal work days are Monday thru Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm. Part time positions are available with set days per week. Full time positions come with incentives: Paid sick time Paid vacation time Performance bonuses Annual bonuses Wages are based on experience.
