Found small white dog in munhall

I'm hoping to find the owner of this small white dog. I found him extremely scared because he was supposedly thrown out of a car on 837 in munhall. He is neutered and has no fleas so I'm hoping he was maybe stolen due to him slightly resembling a pit bull puppy.....I have revised the ad because I may still adopt him out but right now he's still pretty scared around new ppl.
