Sweet loving cat in need of a new home

This is monkey. He is about 2 years old. He is such a sweet loving cat with an amazing personality. He does not scratch or bite and loves all people (small kids to adults). Ideally he should be rehomed to a single cat household. I have to rehome him because he has too much stress regarding my puppy and my other cat that is making him really unhappy. I'd love for him to go to a great home with love and care. He is playful and loves cat towers. Please text or call me if you are interested. He is fixed and I will provide all medical records. He needs rehomed asap. I'm only asking for 100$ to rehome him but I'm willing to take less, I just really want him to go to a good home.
