We are currently looking to fulfill an position for someone who knows how to do tile, roofing, carpentry, interior/exterior painting, flooring, deck work, electrical, plumbing and landscaping. You MUST know how to do all of these things without a babysitter and so quality work. No smoking on job sites, must be able to pass drug screen and can not bring your wife or kids to my job sites, no drama. You MUST have reliable transportation. I do NOT give advances on pay. Pay is by the job only and is based on your experience. You must be able to lift 100 pounds daily with no issues. You must be willing to work and show up every day.
