• Communicate openly and clearly
• Provides complete support to the property manager in upholding community and company standards, policies, and procedures
• make Units ready to rent
• Prepared to respond and act in an emergency situation, following corporate/community emergency procedures

JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge/Experience:
• High School diploma required
• Knowledge of safety guidelines, procedures, and fair housing
• Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team
• Prior experience in effectively managing the maintenance needs for an apartment community
• Good communication skills; interpersonal, written and required documentation
• Thorough knowledge, and understanding of preventive maintenance
