Full time live in maintenance position available at local hotel/apartment building. We are offering one of the one bedrooms luxury suites free as part of the salary, and includes all furnishings and utilities, but does not have to be part of the package. This candidate must have knowledge of all trades plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, hvac, etc. All things necessary to maintain a building. Candidate must be clean cut and well spoken to work with tenants and guests as needed. Candidate will also respond to emergency repairs as needed.
