Need help please

I am asking for some help I have just recently had an emergency heart surgery in Missoula at St. Patrick's hospital 2nights ago. I am a licensed contractor in the polson area which am unable to continue due to health issues. I also find myself with my only vehicle a 08 ford f250 broke down and no way to get to my doctor appointments from this point on. I need a diesel mechanic to diagnose my trucks condition and help get it fixed.. or someone willing to sell a truck on payments as I can afford about 450 a week with about 500 down at the moment. I'm 53 years old I've shut my business down due to health and have been very sick. And don't kike asking for help but have been left with no choice please help.
