This position requires good communication skills and empathy for the owner. Our purpose is to mitigate any further damage to the property. We skillfully document, set up drying equipment, and monitor the job site until the home or business is dry. Sometimes this may require some demolition work to help dry thoroughly or to remove mold damaged building materials. The right individual will enjoy the fast pace and the variety from day to day as no two jobs are exactly alike. There is much to learn; on the job and through Paul Davis University. We are looking for a responsible individual wanting to learn and grow in this industry. This position may require getting into tight spaces and working on ladders. Mold remediation and containment as well as contents pack out and pack in are also done by the mitigation crew.
Being careful and respectful of property is important. This position requires lifting and moving equipment up to 75 pounds. Background check and drug screening are required.
