Looking for a band to rent at our shared rehearsal space on a monthly basis. It's a great setup and you would be sharing the room with a few other bands who are considerate, responsible, trustworthy people. Rent is $170 total for a single opening 4x per month. Please text with any questions: AVAILIBILITY: Tuesday Night - After 5pm Wednesday Night - After 5pm Saturday Day - 2–7pm Sunday Day - 2-7pm Sunday Night - After 7pm RENT: 1 night slot 4x per month = $170 1 night slot + one 3-4 hr slot over the weekend = $220 THE ROOM: 11x13 sq ft and is perfect for a 3 or 4 piece. The room sounds great. The building is clean, safe, secure and has all the amenities: Bathroom, Heat, AC, and 24 hour access. EQUIPMENT: There is a shared drum kit, bass amp, and PA. LOCATION: About a 10 minute walk from Bedford Ave. or the Nassau G. There is a shared Google Doc schedule in place and may be some flexibility. Please text or email with questions.
