I am a weaver and am looking for a place to weave and house my loom in Red Hook, Carroll Gardens, or Gowanus. My loom is 5 x 5 feet so I am looking for a place that is minimum 150 square feet so there is room to warp it and move around it comfortably. I am open to sharing a place and also sharing skills if you are also a weaver or are interested in learning more about weaving. I weave colorful rag rugs from textile waste sourced from NYC's fashion industry. I am seeking a place around $600 / month, but negotiable. Here are a few photos from my current studio.
