Tusing pays tribute to the late and great Bill Withers with this meek bedroom performance.       When he was 5 years old, J.T. began to hear Bill Withers playing from the cassette deck in the car, thanks to his mother. J.T. fondly remembers trying to emulate the sounds and tones in those songs, thinking this made him cool around the grown-ups. That influence stayed with him as it eventually grew into something heavier, carrying on into the music J.T. sings and writes today.      J.T. says of Bill Withers:  "Withers was an extremely talented guy who had it goin' on. Withers had always injected so much of that soul-flavor vibe into his songs and performances, it undoubtedly propelled his music far beyond the borders caused by age, race, lifestyle, and whatever else separates people. When there is a Bill Withers' song belting from the speakers, who or what you are does NOT matter anymore. Anyone could feel the power of soul and blues channeled through Withers.
