Let's open a furniture business

Hello, I recently closed a furniture business that I had in Appleton and now I want to open another one, with a partner. I would buy wholesale furniture in Arcadia, WI from ASHLEY and in Chicago, IL from COASTER Co. And then resell the furniture on Market Place and Craigslist. Freight companies would deliver the furniture, then I would put ads out, sell the furniture in person, and then deliver it to their home. Its a good way to make extra money, feel proud of owning your own business, and doing something that helps the community providing a service that everyone needs. Its a very fun business but this time around I would like a partner to split the work with. It would cost roughly $5,000 from each of us to buy inventory, lease a warehouse ect.
