*Maintains property grounds daily, to ensure maximum appearance of a well maintained and litter free property *Housekeeping duties will include; all common area cleaning, clubhouse, and vacant unit apartment cleaning as directed *Assist Maintenance Supervisor with a variety of duties as needed *Must possess and demonstrate a high degree of skill in all housekeeping duties, for the overall success of the apartment community. *Set schedule of (20) hours per week- Monday-Friday 8:00am-12:00 noon Drug Test and Criminal Background Required Equal Opportunity Employer
