We currently have an opportunity available for a Warehouse Lead in Belleville, MI. Position Overview: Control, monitor and coordinate all personnel associated with warehouse activities. Responsibilities: Responsible for leading the warehouse workforce to include lift truck operators, spotters and clerks. Assign personnel and equipment to perform the loading and unloading of trucks. Monitor equipment and supplies needed to perform all warehouse tasks. Responsible for training of warehouse employees as directed by the Operations Manager and/or Supervisor. As directed by management, responsible for securing of building during open and closed hours. Must reconcile paperwork from daily trailer manifest, i.e. load and unload. Must be able to process returns. Must communicate daily with Operations Management team.
