Final Finish The finishing team works to correct any imperfections and buffs the surface finish to ensure our parts meet our quality and customer’s expectations. Strong hand/eye coordination and attention to detail are critical components to this role. People who do well in this department are those who are good working alone in a fast-paced environment and managing their own workstation. Willing to train the right candidate. Lamination The lamination team is the group that are physically molding the parts. This consists of using a chop gun and other tools such as rollers to evenly distribute the material to create the parts. Pending the customers’ needs, many parts will require additional reinforcements to be added during this process. The lamination department is a fast-paced, team-oriented group. People who do well in this department are those who can work well in a team, pay attention to detail, and multitask. Willing to train the right candidate.
