SERIOUS APPLICANTS, ONLY. Please do not apply if you do not have either concrete polishing and/or epoxy flooring installation experience. We are seeking reliable people to join our team in polishing concrete and installing epoxy floors. You MUST be experienced in either: - using a walk-behind floor grinder, hand grinder, and burnisher -- and -- also be experienced in patching and joint filling. Or you MUST be experienced in: - installing epoxy floors. If you can hand-trowel... that is a plus! Must be a team player, flexible, motivated, reliable, energetic, willing to learn, and able to travel. THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED: ** Knowledge and experience with concrete polishing and/or epoxy flooring installation. ** MUST have a VALID driver's license and reliable transportation. Typically, we meet at the shop and the crew rides together in the company truck to jobs. ** MUST be able to pass a standard background check. ** Overnights & weekends are required for this position. ** Some out of state travel is required. ** Heavy lifting is a vital part of the position. Ability to lift 60lbs throughout your shift is an integral part of the job and required. ** Excellent communication skills are required. Must be able to read, write, understand and speak English clearly. SPECIAL CONSIDERATION FOR THE FOLLOWING: * Mechanically inclined. * Construction experience a plus. * Experience with large tools & equipment such as floor grinder, floor sanders, floor mixers, jack hammer, chipping hammer, drills etc... * Bilingual (Spanish) Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour Hourly rate aligns with level of experience, knowledge, attention to detail, and quality of work.
