Warehouse Logistics Administrator
This position will be responsible for but not limited to all the following functions: The Logistics Administrator will work closely with the Traffic Coordinator in a warehouse setting and with freight forwarders and internal departments to develop a schedule for outbound shipments. You will monitor the flow of scheduled shipments through an internal process to ensure on time deliveries. The Logistics Administrator will troubleshoot problems to make sure a shipment remains on schedule. Request freight quotes via email and forward the quotes for approval from the client. The Shipping Administrator will process UPS, FedEx and USPS labels.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in logistics and working with freight forwarders
Experience with Worldship/FedEx/USPS shipping software
Data Entry
Microsoft Excel
Billing
High volume email correspondence
WMS (Scale)
Able to multi‐task
Fluent in English and Spanish

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) for effective vendor & internal staff communication
Problem solving capabilities
Attention to detail, drives tasks to closure efficiently with error‐free end result
Must be proficient in data entry (minimum 45 wpm)
Ability to work under pressure on a deadline based environment
Bilingual is required (English & Spanish)
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
