Contractor needed for Foundation repair

I own a rental home in Ithaca which requires me to hire a contractor that can repair/replace damaged Floor Joist which has deteriorated due to excess moisture in crawl space. Is this project something you might take on? This needs to be done to ensure structural integrity of the house prior to beginning crawl space encapsulation project. I attached photos of damaged areas if that helps inform your decision making process. I'm being told this is rather specialized type of work so please only reach out if you've done this before.
