Don't you love when the snowbirds leave when rent goes from triple of what it should be to at least double of what it should be ? Ultimately the renter always has to pay for the bad buys the owner made when he paid too much for the property he bought. Wont be long now when that bubble burst again and the dust settles.You think they would have learned their lesson the first time.
