Hi Guys I am seeking a handyman for 2 properties that I have in Geneva NY. I have a local property manager and leasing company but I am involved as a landlord as well. My current handy guy for many many years has fallen away and not sure what has happened. I have a great rapport with him.. However, If you are handy with heating, plumbing electrical etc. please reach out to me with your experience and years of service you have provided. Also attach any photos of the work that you have done and show. NOTE: I am looking for very very reasonable rates not to be gouged nor taken advantage of nor nickle and dimed. This may be another account for you sort of speaking. I call only when I need assistance. on't quite your day job LOL. See I even have a sense of humor. Please reply if this sounds like you.
