Looks like the Queen Mary is "Broke" again I think on the average it has cost Long Beach tax payers $2 million a year to operate the Queen. Even the Disney company new they could not make it work... And the city is the worst. Long Beach is not a destination city There is nothing along with ocean front for people to come and enjoy. To many high rises now, no one ever wanted to go over to the island to visit the Queen they wanted to make some sort of shopping area!!!!!!! I mean I don't like driving by Semi trucks on that 710 freeway... The other yoke around your neck is the Aquarium, again it's not someplace that you want to come back to, not like Monterey Bay I don't know the loss per year on that one... I'm not picking on Long Beach, LA city and the USS Iowa is another bottomless pit. You know the old saying about boats\ships they are "holes" with water all around.
