Need Cleaners and Painters. Preferer experienced cleaners that have been in the field that needs little direction and can handle the job. Need Painters that are CLEAN!!! and can cut and roll. If you do not use a rag or drop cloth please do not apply as I am a very clean painter. All pay is flat rate and from now until July 15 all work will be paid same day or next day upon completion. I have several properties. If you have a crew and work as a team pay will be more. Chemicals will be provided for cleaners and tools. If Cleaners provide on chems and tools pay will be more.
